有限温度下界面磁极化子的回旋质量与温度的关系

摘要: 早在六十年代,Larsen[1,2]就研究了磁场中极化子的能级及其回旋共振.随着外延技术和磁光技术的不断发展,磁场中电-声子相互作用的问题,已变成一个广泛研究的领域[3-5] Das Sarma[6]精辟地分析了电-声子相互作用对半导体空间电荷层中二维电子回旋质量的影响.

Abstract: In this paper, the effective Hamiltonian of the interface magneto-polaron at low temperature is derived by means of Larsen's method. The ground state and first excited state energies and the cyclotron mass are calculated. It is shown that the cyclotron mass of the interface magneto-polaron increases with increasing temperature at finite temperature.
