硅太阳电池类金刚石增透膜的研制

摘要: 用类金刚石薄膜制作硅太阳电池的增透膜可以明显地改善它的光谱特性.实验表明,用类金刚石薄膜制作增透膜之后,硅太阳电池的短路电流增加38%.在较大的光谱范围内响应值增大,并且在650-750nm波长范围内有最大增透效应.在650-950nm波长范围内,量子效率接近1.

Abstract: The spectrum response of silicon solar cells can be obviously improved by using diamond-like films as antireflective coating. The experimental results show that the increase of the short-circuit current (Isc) is about 38%. The spectrum response value is increased in a relatively broad spectrum range and the antireflective efficiency reaches the maximum within the range from 650 nm to 750 nm. It is also found that in the range of wavelength, from 660 nm to 950 nm, the quantum efficiency approximately approaches to 1.
