等温衰减电流法及其在有机固体陷阱研究中的应用

摘要: 从理论和实验技术上讨论了等温衰减电流(IDC)法及其在有机固体陷阱研究中的应用;介绍了根据Simmons等人的理论研制的实验装置:和对几种有机固体薄膜馅阱的研究; 得到了高斯分布型陷阱的峰值能级Em,分布宽度参数σ,和能态密度N(E),以及载流子热释放的频率因子v等重要的陷阱表征参数.

关键词: 高斯分布陷阱, 陷阱能级, 等温衰减电流

Abstract: The theory and experimental technique for the Isothermal Decay Current (IDC) method were discussed in this paper. The applications of the IDC method to α-CuPc, α-CuPc/PVK, Trans-PPA, DD-PPA thin films were described. The mean energy level Em and distribution parameters σ of Gaussian distributed traps fitted by multiple regression, the total occupied density of states N0f0 and the frequency factor v for the carrier detrapped were evaluated.
