摘要: 永磁磁体以其方便、稳定的优势被广泛的使用,然而永磁体作为一个磁源,一直视为一种具有常数导磁率的材料处理,这不仅造成较大的误差,且对于新材料更难找到相对应的经验公式,极大的阻碍了它们的开发应用.我们采用数值计算,应用电磁等值模型,顺利地处理了这个问题.用这种方法可以设计新器件,也可以验证实用器件的设计合理性.

Abstract: Up to now, the empirical formula is usually used to design the permanent magnet design. Because of the nonlinear characteric of the material, the design formula is difficult to correct; it is only a simplified approximation. The error may be great, which will cause heavy economical less, if expensive permanent materials, such as the rare earth permanent material, are used. This paper describes the result of the numerical calculation method for such a problem. This method can select the optimum working condition, and by making a reasonable compromise, good performance can be got at a lower cost. The authors calculated a magnetic circuit used for a moving-coil meter and obtained results which agree with the measured values.
