摘要： 本文主要讨论一个计算机长江水情信息系统的设计思想及实现技术.文中先论述了本系统主要的技术指标及其功能;接着提出了实现本系统的硬件体系结构,系统软件及应用软件;最后给出了有关结论.

Abstract: The design principle and implementation techniques for the Yangtze River information system are discussed. First, we briefly describe the purpose and function of the system. We then present the hardware architecture, system software and application software for realizing the system. Finally, some conclusions are given.
