摘要: 本文对分段压缩平面复合腔(SCP)激光器测向模式选择性和稳定性的改善做了理论分析,数值计算了器件结构尺寸对侧向模式选择性和稳定性的影响.计算表明,选择合理的结构尺寸和腔长比例,SCP激光器基侧模输出功率可比单纯脊型波导CDH激光器提高3~4倍.

Abstract: In this paper, the theoretical analysis for the improvement of lateral mode selectivity and stability in sectional constricted planar composite cavity lasers (SCP) is made, and the effects of structural parameters on lateral mode selectivity and stability are numerically calculated. The calculated results indicate that, if the structural parameters and the ratio between CDH section and OS section cavity lengths are selected appropriately, the output power of the fundamental lateral mode in SCP lasers is more than 3-4 times that in ridge-guide CDH lasers.
