摘要： 为了计算叉指换能器的电极间的电容,假定了一个简单的电位函数和一个简单的电荷分布函数,从而求得两个近似公式.然后按不同的电极宽度系数a,即a<3/8,3/8 < a < 5/8和a>5/8时,电容的近似值可分别地用电容的下限值、平均值和上限值来计算.其近似程度十分好.

Abstract: To calculate the interelectrode capacitance, two approximate formulas of an IDT on a piezoelectric layered structure are obtained by assuming a simple potential function and a simple electric charge density function on the intersurface of IDT. For the different values of the electrode width factor a, i. e. When a<3/8, S/8<a< 6/8 and a>5/8, the approximate values of the calculated capacitance are very good.
