Abstract: The influence of feedback delay of user channel information on the multi-user system performance is investigated. Analytical results of average sum-rate capacity, outage probability and system bit error rate are derived. Both the theoretical results and the Monte Carlo simulations show that over the time-varying channel, the feedback delay of system does heavily affect the system performance.
