Abstract: A rigorous algorithm for the computation of fractional order cylindrical functions with complex arguments is discussed in the paper. The values of fractional order cylindrical functions are computed by using different formulae according to the argument magnitude,|z|. The algorithm not only is possessed of high accuracy of computation but also is unlimited in complex argument z.programming of the algorithm has been completed.
