Abstract:
On-chip SRAM is a basic and important macro block of SoC.SRAM hierarchical partition affects the power consumption, delay and area of SoC.In this paper a new kind of random optimization algorithm, ant colony algorithm, is proposed to solve the SRAM hierarchical partition problem.Experimental results show improved performance of the proposed method.
