Abstract: A mathematical model based on the momentum and heat transfer in the gravity driven falling liquid film of non Newtonian environmental flow is established. Similarity theory is applied to transform the problem into one of the similarity between boundary layers by introducing appropriate similarity transform. Shooting method is applied to get numerical results which are analyzed with the developing section of the falling film.
