Abstract: The synchronous fluorescence spectra of △λ=60 nm of normal tissues, benign tumors and malignant tumors of the human cervix, uterus and oarium tissues have been measured with an FlllAI fluoreseence spectrometer. The results revealed that the synchronous fluroescence spectra peak numbers, peak positions and peakintensity are very different;the peak intensity ratio I1/I4 (normal tissue) < I1/I4 (benign turmors) < I1/I4 (malignant tumors). It is expetcted that the synchronous fluroescence spectra will be a new, quick, exact and more valid means for the early detection of cancer.
