Abstract:
The paper studies performance of multi-point relaying cooperative communication system using selection decode-and-forward relays over an independent and identically distributed Rayleigh fading channel. Closed-form expressions of average symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability (OP) in Rayleigh fading channels are derived using moment generating function (MGF) and hyper-geometric function. Compared with the traditional cooperative communication system, performance of two-hop multi-point cooperative relayingcommunication systems is better.
