摘要: 精密凸轮作为一种函数解算元件用途甚广,但种类繁多,形状较复杂,精度要求高,因而加工比较困难.采用数控线切割技术加工精密凸轮虽较其他方法有较多的优点,但要进一步提高其加工精度又常受到难以精确找出钼丝轴心运动轨迹的限制.过去多采用近似的方法在凸轮的极径上直接加上钼丝之半径和钼丝与工件间的放电间隙,作为钼丝轴心的极坐标值.

Abstract: In order to further raise the precision of cams processing by NO linear cutting technique, this article establishes a certain mathematical model and computer algorithm.
The algorithm thus obtained can be used to find out a precise locus of the moving molybdenum filament on the cutting machine to eliminate errors and raise the processing precision. This algorithm can also be applied to other work.
