摘要: 本工作合成了九种不同的聚醚丙烯酸异氰酸酯齐聚物,研究了不同骨架结构和同一结构不同分子量与固化速度、固化剂量的关系,结果表明:
不论齐聚物结构差异和其分子量大小,在电子束固化过程中都具有这种特征:起始固化速度极快,当剂量达到一定时固化速度变慢,固化程度渐趋于恒定.基于这一实验事实,提出了临界固化剂量的概念——凝胶含量最大时的最小剂量,即在凝胶含量对剂量的函数图中,曲线趋于水平时所对应的剂量.

Abstract: Nine different kinds of polyether aorylate isocyanate oligomers were synthesized. The effect of their structures and molecular weights on radiation curing rate, curing dose and final gel content were investigated. Following results were obtained.
