气敏半导体矿灯式瓦斯自动报警器

摘要: 瓦斯是煤矿安全生产的主要威胁之一,目前国内煤矿中瓦斯的检测方法多半采用接触燃烧传感器,或光干涉测量仪.我们参考国外近年来半导体气体传感器的研究结果[1~4],利用SnO2半导体敏感元件作瓦斯传感元件,安装在矿灯上,研制了一种矿灯式瓦斯自动报警器.

Abstract: The CH4 sensitive semiconductor material was prepared from a high purity uonstoichiometrio n-type β-SnO2-x. A ceramic CH4 sensor was made from In, Pd-doped SnO2-x. The CH4 sensor was mounted on a miner's lamp, and the miner's lamp battary was used as the power supply. A new automatic methane warner has thus been developed and tested in some mines. When the CH4 sensor on the warner contacts with CH4 of over 1% concentration, the lamp automatically gives successive flash warnings.
