摘要： 本文用Monte Carlo方法模拟绘出Gauss分布入射电子在固体中的轨迹,给出了计算、绘图程序流程图.

Abstract: The trajectories of incident electrons with Gauss distribution in solids were calculated and drawn by Monte Carlo simulation in this paper. The flow chart of the calculating and drawing program was given.
