摘要: 本文介绍了应用新研制成功的"二维可辨流向的激光多普勒测速仪",对UP直流锅炉设计方案水模流场进行的定量测量.还对同一截面在改进折焰角结构前后,作了对比测量,为改进设计提供了依据.
激光测速与水模试验的结合,使水模试验既保持了流速较低便于观察和流动形象真实直观的特色,又将水模技术由只能定性观察分析,向前推进到定性、定量全面分析的新阶段.为锅炉研究、设计开创了一条新途径.

Abstract: A directional two-dimensional laser doppler velooimeter is used to develop an accurate quantitative method for the measurement in the velocity field of UP once-through boiler's water-model. The paper introduces the measurement of tha same cross section before and after changing the nose. The result provides soientino basis for designer.
The water-model in association with the laser velooimeter enables the measurement of water-model to go forward from the stage of a qualitative observation to that of a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Thus a new way in boiler investigation and boiler design is provided.
