摘要： 本文采用线性组合算符法,并通过简单的幺正变换,导出了极性晶体中强耦合表面极化子的有效哈密顿量.对于电子靠近晶体表面和远离表面的两种极限情况,得到了镜像势和自陷能的解析表达式.

Abstract: In this paper, the effective Hamiltonian of a strong coupled surface polarons in a polar crystals is obtained by means of a linear combination operator method and a simple unitary transformation. For the two limit cases of electrons near to and far from the crystal surface, analytical formulas of image potential and self-trapped energy are obtained.
