摘要： 常咯啉的化学名是4{3',5'-双[(N-吡咯烷基)甲基]-4'-羟苯胺基}喹唑啉,是我国研制的一个新的化学结构类型的抗心律失常药.化学式为C24H29O1N5.经四步化学反应合成.晶体为淡黄透明的片状结晶.

Abstract: 常咯啉 is an antiarrhythmic drug with a new chemical structure formula synthesized by Institute of Medicine, Academia Sinica. The chemical formula is C24H29O1N5. It is a fiat pale yellow crystal. The crystal was investigated using Philips PW1100 model single-crystal four-circle diffractometer. The lattice parameters obtained are as follows:a=21.94Å, b=5.90Å, c=12.97Å,β=99.60°.It belongs to the monoclinic system with a space group P21/c.
