测量LiNbO3晶体组分的一种简便方法

摘要: 使用激光锥光干涉法测量LiNbO3晶体的双折射率,精度可达±0.001,再利用Carruthers等人测得的LiNbO3晶体的双折射率△n和其固态组分的关系曲线,便可直接得到LiNbO3晶体的组分.此方法简便、易行,精度比化学方法约高一个数量级.

Abstract: The birefringence of LiNbO3 crystals is measured using the method of laser "cone light" interference.. The precision is up to +0.001. Solid composition of LiNbO3 crystal is then obtained directly by using the "birefringence-solid composition" curve of LiNbO3 given by Oarruthers et al. It is found that this method is simple and convenient and is easy to practise. The precision is about an order of magnitude higher than that of chemical method.
