摘要: 本文用磁测量、差热分析等方法研究少量Nb对CoFeBSi非晶合金的影响.用铁磁共振方法研究表面磁各向异性及热处理对各向异性的影响.在(Co0.95-xFe0.05Nbx)74B18Si8非晶合金中,加入少量Nb(x=0,0.01,0.02,…0.06)以后,合金的晶化温度从560℃提高到595℃.非晶铁磁居里点从390℃降到240℃,饱和磁矩(σs)从74.5 G·cm3/g降到50.7 G·cm3/g(降低32%).

Abstract: The paper investigates the effect of a small quantity of Nb on amorphous alloys CoFeBSi using magnetic measurement and differential thermal analysis. Using a ferromagnetic resonance method, magnetic properties of anisotropies are studied and so is the effectss of heat treatment on the anisotropies.
