摘要: 以现代工业生产中广泛应用的板条和板的塑性成形为工程背景,本文系统地介绍了作者近年来在板的弹塑性弯曲、回弹和皱曲方面的研究方法和研究成果.全面地解决了板条和型材弹塑性弯曲后的回弹计算问题.描述挠性板条的弹塑性大变形的塑性线方程具有理论和实际意义.在板的双向弯曲和冲压方面的工作,特别是关于膜力在板的弹塑性大变形中的作用的研究.具有开创性.板在压力加工过程中的弹塑性皱曲也是一个新的研究领域,为此发展了能量法和其他半解析方法,并成功地应用于求解具体问题,得到与实验基本相符的结果.

Abstract: Taking the plastic forming processes of strips and plates, which, are widely applied in modern manufacturing, as background, this paper presents a systematic introduction to the research methods and results on the elastic-plastic bending, springback and wrinkling of plates, made by the authors in recent years. The calculation of the springback of strips and shaped beams after their elastic-plastic bending has been solved completely. The so-called Plastica equations, which describe the large elastic-plastic deflection of flexible stripe, have both theoretical and practical significances. The work on the double-curvature bending and stamping of plates, especially the investigation on the role of membrane forces in the large elastic-plastic deformation of plates, is creative. In the new research field of the elastic-plastic wrinkling of plates during forming processes, energy method and other semi-analytical methods have been developed and successfully applied to solving particular problems; the results obtained are in good agreement with those of the experiment.
