摘要: 用快速急冷方法制备了非晶态Fe90-xCoxZr10(0 ≤ x ≤ 90)合金,研究了样品的磁化强度与温度的关系.实验结果得到,随Co含量x的增加,样品的居里温度增加,而晶化温度下降,样品的室温磁化强度σ(RT)在x=30时出现极大值,文中讨论了影响σ(RT)的因素.

Abstract: Amorphous Fe90-xCoxZr10(0 ≤ x ≤ 90) alloys were prepared by melt-spinning under argon atmosphere. The temperature dependence of the magnetization of samples was studied. Experiments show that the Curie temperature increases with increasing Co content, but the crystallization temperature decreases. The magnetization σ(RT) at 300K exhibits a maximal value of 161 emu/g. The Co content dependence of σ(RT) is discussed.
