摘要: 在扩展X射线吸收谱(EXAFS)测定材料原子近邻结构中,了解清楚能量分辨率的影响,对提高结构参量特别是配位数和原子均方位移的分析精度有一定帮助,特别对实验室EXAFS测定尤为重要.过去,人们曾就单配位层结构分析中能量分辨率的影响进行过研究,但尚无常见的双配位层或多配位层结构分析中影响结果报道[1].本文利用模拟计算方法,对双配位层结构分析中能量分辨率影响进行初步研究.

Abstract: The effects of the finite energy resolution of the spectrometer on the EXAFS structural determination of the material having two types of neighboring atoms have been investigated by model calculations. And the solutions to overcoming the effects have been also discussed.
