摘要： 本文就EXAFS数据分析中三种曲线拟合模型对结构参量分析的影响进行了分析和比较,并且讨论了权重因子的选择对结构参量分析的影响.

Abstract: In the present paper, the effects of three curve-fitting models and the choices of the weight factor on the determination of the structural parameters in the data analysis of EXAFS are analyzed and discussed.
