摘要: 本文评价了γ-Fe2O3在两种不同分子量的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物-丁酮溶液中的分散性,测定了这两种共聚物与γ-Fe2O3的粘附张力;与聚酯薄膜的剥离强度.从实验上验证并从理论上说明了分子量为3.4万的共聚物有利于改善磁性涂层的界面粘合性.

Abstract: The effect of two kinds of copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol, which are different in molecular weight, on the dispersibility of γ-Fe2O3 particles in butanone and on the adhesive tension between γ-Fe2O3 and the copolymer and on the peel strength between the copolymer and the polyester film are studied. The above-mentioned properties are improved when the molecular weight of the copolymer is 3.4×104 as proved by both experiment and theory.
