摘要: 本文提出了全异步轧制计算单位压力、平均单位压力和总压力的新公式
px=2K-qh+(qh-qH)(Inhx/h)/(InH/h),px=2K-qH+(qh-qH)(Inhx/H)/InH/h)
和O.霍夫曼公式比较,新公式有较高的精确度.依据新公式提出了异步轧制无摩擦峰新理论.

Abstract: New formulas for calculating the pressure per unit surface, mean pressure per unit surface and total compression load for perfect cross shear cold rolling are proposed:
px=2K-qh+(qh-qH)(lnhx/h)/(lnH/h)
px=2K-qH+(qh-qH)(lnhx/h)/(lnH/h)
The new formulas, compared with O. Hoffman's formula, have higher accuracy. Based on these new formulas, a new theory of friction-free hill in crass shear cold rolling is proposed.
