锂/氧化铜电池性能改善的研究——CuO的热处理对阴极性能的影响

摘要: 从Li/CuO电池的申请专利到现在已有20来年,工业规模的生产也已超过10年的历史.现在已有圆筒式和扣式两种电池,但对Li/CuO电池的研究仍在进行,一方面研究改善电池的电性能,另一方面研究电池的放电机理.国外在改善Li/CuO电池电性能方面的研究重点是在CuO阴极和电解液.本文报道则是试验CuO的热处理对阴极性能的影响.

Abstract: We find that after heat treatment, the utilization ratio of CuO increases. When the heating temperature is 700℃, the ratio is about 38% higher than that of the unheated CuO. The result shows that heated CuO is able to improve the electrochemical performance of the Li-CuO cells. Experiments with X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and electronic scanning microscopy etc. reveal that after the 700℃ treatment, no new phases take place, but the grains become a little bit smaller and their shape changes slightly.
