盐酸浸泡后的铁在空气中氧化及缓蚀剂防护作用的穆斯堡尔谱研究

摘要: 用内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱(CEMS)分析了铁经盐酸或加有缓蚀剂的盐酸(缓蚀盐酸)浸泡后在空气中的氧化物,以及盐酸中的缓蚀剂对浸泡后铁在空气中氧化的防护作用.结果表明,盐酸或缓蚀盐酸浸泡后的铁在空气中的氧化物主要是γ-FeOOH,有少量β-FeOOH;盐酸中缓蚀剂对浸泡后的铁在空气中氧化具有防护作用.而且在盐酸中对铁的缓蚀性能较好,在空气中对铁的防氧化性能也较好.最后对缓蚀剂的防氧化作用机理进行了讨论.

Abstract: The oxides of iron immersed in hydrochloric acid and the antioxidation of the inhibitor have been studied by the Conversion Electron Mössbauer Spectroscopy (OEMS). The oxides of iron immersed in hydrochloric acid are β-FeOOH and γ-FeOOH, the latter being the dominant composition. The inhibitor in hydrochloric acid slows down the oxidation progress of iron immersed in hydrochloric acid. Furthermore, the better the inhibition ability of the inhibitor for iron in bydrochloric acid, the slower the oxidation progress of iron in the air. At the end of this paper, the anti-oxidation mechanism of the inhibitor is discussed.
