摘要： 用6参数Born-von Karman模型计算了金刚石、Si、Ge和α-Sn的声子色散曲线.除Si、Ge和α-Sn的TA声子外,计算结果与实验符合较好.

Abstract: The phonon dispersion curves of diamond, Si, Ge and α-Sn are calculated using the six-parameter Born-von Karman model. Except for the TA modes of Si, Ge and αSn, the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
