摘要: 自发现Ba-La-Cu-O高温超导体的超导性以来[1],人们一直在探求氧化物超导体的导电机制,其中孤子超导模型是令人注目的一种。在李政道等人提出的非拓扑型孤子系统会出现类似的Bose凝聚后[2],苏联Davydov在分析Y-Ba-Cu-O材料的导电结构时指出[3]:这种导电过程可用准一维链式模型来处理。

Abstract: Based on Davydov's bisoliton theory on high-superconductors and a complex transformation, we prove that the displacement in the above theory satisfies the φ4 field form at low excitation approximation. The critical temperature is studied by the soliton statistics method at high-temperature approximation. The fact that the theoretical values approach the experimental values in superconductors YBa2Ou3O7-δ and La1-δSr0.2CuO4 supports the Davydov theory.
