咖啡因-β-环糊精包结物的研究

摘要: 该文将咖啡因与β-环糊精形成包结物.研究了包结物的制备方法,并应用热重-差热分析、核磁共振谱和红外光谱三种方法鉴定了包结物的物性.实验结果表明,药物分子被包结在β-环糊精分子疏水性空穴内,其失重速率降低了,热稳定性提高了以及包结物中环糊精分子1位氢的δ值随咖啡因含量减少而增大.

Abstract: The inclusion complex of caffeine and β-cyclodextrin was prepared, and its properties were studied by using the thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy. The experi mental results showed that the caffeine molecule was included in the hydrophobic cavity of β-cyclodextrin molecule and its thermal stability was increased.
