摘要: 郑顺旋等人观察到常用的气敏-电阻型材料氧化锡薄膜的光学性质和气敏特性有关[1,2].这一发现突破了近半个世纪以来氧化物的气敏特性仅与电阻有关的模式.

Abstract: We observed the improvement of sensitivity of optio-gas sensing in ethanol vapour,and the reduction of sensitivity in acetone vapour when SnO2 film was mixed with, Sb (0.1Wt%). This may provide the experimental basis for developing an optio-gas sensing element having selectivity.
