摘要: 提出一个新的Q增强二阶SC低通滤波器,该电路是由Sallen-Key有源RC电路导出的.给出了该电路的最小电容离散设计,考察电路的极点ω0Q灵敏度及有限GB效应.分析和设计表明:同传统的同类电路相比,新电路的电容离散成一二个数量级甚至三四个数量级地减小.用分立元件进行了实验,模拟证实了电路的正确性.

Abstract: A new Q-enhanced SC second order lowpass filter is presented.The circuit is derived from the Sallen-Key's active RC circuit with a unity-gain amplifier. The optimal design of the minimun capacitor spread for the circuits proposed.Pole ω0 and pole Q sensitivities as well as gain-bandwidth product effects of the SC circuit are also investigated.Computation shows that the capacitor spread for the proposed circuit can be significantly reduced.The validity for the circuit is verified by the experiment with discrete elements.
