摘要: 叙述了微带型高电压脉冲整形器的设计,并开发了一种微带型高电压激光脉冲整形器和普克尔盒一体化系统.

Abstract: In this paper,the design of the microstrip high voltage shaped pulse generator is described and an integrated system with the high voltage shaped laser pulse generator and the Pockels cell is developed.
