摘要: 该文对电晕极化的聚丙烯(PP)薄膜驻极体高温下电荷衰减实验的微观过程进行了分析。结果表明,由驻极体内部的电场推动的固有载流子的跃迁是造成表面电位衰减的主要原因。根据电荷衰减实验得出的数据进行计算,电荷跃迁的平均步距具有10-8m左右的大小,X射线衍射实验对此进行了验证。

Abstract: In this paper,the charge-decay of polyproplene (PP) film electrets is analysed.It is shown that the hopping of intrinsic carriers impelled by internal field is the main reason for potential-decay.The average hopping stop-distance calculated from the test data is about the order of 10-8 m. This result has been demonstrated by the X-ray diffraction of the film recently.
