氧化碲单晶热膨胀行为的实验研究

摘要: 用热膨胀仪(Dilatometer)、热综合分析仪(Tg-DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对TeO2单晶的热膨胀行为进行了实验研究。首次报道了用顶杆法测定370~500℃、沿αc轴向的TeO2单晶热膨胀系数αααc;用Tg-DTA法测定TeO2的熔点并对其热膨胀系数和熔点的关系作了讨论;还从TeO2单晶的晶体结构和解理特性以及α轴和c轴的化学键键强比较对其热膨胀的各向异性行为作了进一步探讨。

Abstract: In this paper,the thermal expansion behaviour of the TeO2 single crystal is studied experimentally by the push-rod dilatometery Tg-DTA and X-Ray diffraction methods.It is the first time to measure the thermal expension coefficient of the TeO2 single crystal along a and c axes in the temperature region of 370~500℃ by the push-rod dilatometer method.Furthermore,the anisotropy of the thermal expansion of the TeO2 single crystal is studied according to the structure and the characteristic of cleavage as well as the comparison of the chemical bonding strength of a and c axes.
