摘要: 在基本配方Ni0.3Zn0.7Cu0.04Fe2.04O4+δ中,掺入不同含量的Nb2O5,将使材料的微观结构产生明显的变化,而这种结构的变化是导致材料性能改变的主要原因.实验表明:Nb2O5既能促进烧结,又能阻滞巨晶生长,并能有效地提高材料的烧结密度和电阻率;对晶格常数、起始磁导率和磁损耗均产生了很大的影响.文中还讨论了Nb2O5含量对烧结机制的作用,和分析了Nb2O5含量对材料电磁性能的影响.

Abstract: This paper investigates the effects of dopant on sintering and the properties of NiZnCu ferrite. There are marked changes in the microstructures of Ni0.3Zn0.7Cu0.04Fe2.04O4+δ doped with various Nb2O5 contents.It is possible that the change in the microstructure is the main reason for the variations of other properties.The-experiments reveal that Nb2O5 can improve the sintering process and protect the-grain from enormous growth, Nb5+ ion can influence the lattice parameter,resistivity, density, initial permeability and magnetic loss.
