切削方向毛刺生成机理及其控制

摘要: 以切削运动和刀具的切削刃为基准对切削方向毛刺进行了分类,并对其生成机理及主要影响因素进行了实验研究和相应的理论分析,揭示出切削方向毛刺的主要形式及其形成过程,给出了表示切削方向毛刺产生撕裂时的重要物理量——界限切削深度叫αpI.同时,还提出了抑制切削方向毛刺的若干措施,开发出了几种控制或减小切削方向毛刺的新方法.

Abstract: This paper classified the forms of forward burrs in metal cutting on the basis of the cutting motion and tool outting edges.The principles of forming and the main influencing factors of forward burr are studied,and the related theories are analyzed.Thus a clear understanding of the types, and the forming process of the burrs is obtained. The physical quantity of determiuing the tear of forward burr-limit depth of cut αpr-is given. A oertain number of measures and new restraining methods to control and decrease the forward burrs are advanced.
