摘要: 对双曲线模拉拨与挤压设定了运动许可速度场与应变速率场,用曲线积分与变上限积分求得摩擦功率与内部变形功率,从而对双曲线模平面变形拉拔挤压问题得到变形力的解析解.

Abstract: The kinematically admissible velocity and strain rate fields for drawing and extrusion through a hyperbolic die are established in this paper.The curvilinear integral and the integral as a function of the upper limit are used for obtaining friction and deformation powers.An analytical solution of mean plane extrusion and drawing stresses is obtained for hyperbolic dies.
