摘要: 1973年在实验上获得了损耗为0.2dB/km的二氧化硅基质光纤.这个值几乎达到了本征损耗的极限值.

Abstract: The vibrational density of state (DOS) is culculated for the possible microstructures of ZrF4 which is obtained with the MD method. The results are consistent with the experiments and useful in studying the loss of infrared of the ZrF4-based glasses.
