摘要: 该文采用精确接触弧参数方程,设定运动许可速度场与应变速率场,经参量积分与积分中值定理提出一个精确计算轧制应变速率ε的计算公式,经测试实例与目前各惯用公式进行了比较.

Abstract: With an accurate parametric equation of the contact arc,the kinematically admissible velocity and strain rate fields are established in this paper.A precise formula to calculate the average strain rate in rolling is dedued by the parametric integral and the integral mean value theorem.It is compared with the traditional formulas through an actual measured example.
