煤颗粒燃烧的形貌特性和表面平度理论

摘要: 该文对煤燃烧过程中的颗粒表面形貌进行了实验和理论研究,开发并采用电子显微图像计算机测量分析系统,实验测量了不同煤种在不同燃烧方式的颗粒表面形貌特征,以实验为基础,提出了描述颗粒表面形貌的颗粒燃烧平度理论,该理论运用能谱分析方法建立煤燃烧和颗粒表面平度之间的联系,揭示了燃烧和颗粒表面平度相互作用的内在关系。

Abstract: The present paper experimentally and theoretically investigated the coal particle surfaee in combustion,The measurement system composed of an ESM and an image computer was developed and used.The particle surfaces were measured with the system for various kinds of coal in different burning ways. Based on the experiment,the particle surface smooth factor theory of coal combustion was put forward, The relationship between coal combustion and the particle surface smooth factor was established in the theory,The effects of combustion on the particle surface were discussed.
