摘要: 设计了一种简易的全息光路系统用于光学层析术中获得多方位干涉条纹数据,并采用计算机图象分析处理系统对扩散热气流干涉图进行了处理和测量。最后重建出了气流中一个截面的温度分布,并在三个点上与热电偶实测值进行了比较。

Abstract: In this paper,a simple holographic interferometric system that can obtain multi-directional interference fringe data in optical tomography is designed.The interferograms of the spreading heat air flow are processed and measured by means of the computer image analyzing and processing system. The temperature distribution of a section in the air flow is reconstructed, and compared with the temperatures by a thermal couple at three points.
