磁光盘抗恶劣环境实验研究

摘要: 用射频溅射和反应射频溅射方法分别制备了RE-TM磁光记录薄膜及其保护膜,并从膜面测量和背面测量两侧面分别研究了覆盖保护膜前后的RE-TM磁光盘材料的抗恶劣环境实验。RE-TM磁光盘材料样品的高温高湿老化实验和温度稳定性实验结果证明,覆盖AIN和AiN保护膜的TbFeCo磁光薄膜具有优异的抗高温高湿能力和优越的温度稳定性,因而具有很强的抗恶劣环境能力,可作为宽温磁光盘材料。

Abstract: The RE-TM magneto-optical recording film and protective film were prepared by RF sputtering or reactlve RF sputtering.By measuring from the film side and the substrate side,we studied the experiments of the magneto-optical disk material with protective films against adverse circumstances.The aging test and temperature dependence of these samples show that the TbFeCo films with AlN or AlSiN protective films have the excellent ability against adverse circumstances,and that thev can be used for magneto-optical disks with a wide temperature range.
