光诱导人体子宫正常组织、良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤同步荧光光谱研究

摘要: 利用美国SPEX公司产FlllAI荧光光谱仪,选择△λ=60nm测量了人体子宫、子宫颈、卵巢正常组织、良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤的同步荧光谱,结果显示它们的同步荧光谱无论其峰数、峰位和峰强比均有非常显著的差异,并有I1/I4(正常组织); < I1/I4(良性肿瘤) < I1/I4(恶性肿瘤),显示同步荧光谱将为癌症的早期诊断提供更有效、快速、准确的新手段。

Abstract: The synchronous fluorescence spectra of △λ=60 nm of normal tissues, benign tumors and malignant tumors of the human cervix, uterus and oarium tissues have been measured with an FlllAI fluoreseence spectrometer. The results revealed that the synchronous fluroescence spectra peak numbers, peak positions and peakintensity are very different;the peak intensity ratio I1/I4 (normal tissue) < I1/I4 (benign turmors) < I1/I4 (malignant tumors).It is expetcted that the synchronous fluroescence spectra will be a new,quick,exact and more valid means for the early detection of cancer.
