摘要: 该文根据金属塑性变形理论,详细描述了金属切削变形区内的弹塑性应力场,确定了低速正交金属切削时工件表面层加工硬化深度的预报准则,并利用有限元法模拟已加工表面的形成过程,获得了加工硬化深度的数值解。

Abstract: Based on the theory of metal plastic formation,the paper describes the elastio-plastic stress field in the metal cutting deformation zone in great detail.A criterion for predicting the surface work-hardening depth in low speed orthogonal cutting is determined.The numerical solution of surface work-hardening depth is obtained by simulating the machined surface formation process.
