锥辊异面冷辗轧成形的几何模型

摘要: 从变形和运动学的基本条件出发,导出锥辊异面辗轧成形的几何模型,建立了变形区参数与辗轧结果之间的函数关系,并得到实验验证:通过分析给出理想成形条件,从而为这一成形过程参数的预测和优化提供科学依据。该文还获得一些对生产实际和理论研究都有指导意义的结论。

关键词: 锥辊, 非均匀压缩变形, 辗轧成形, 几何模型

Abstract: From the fundamental conditions of deformation and kinematics, the geometric models for cold roll forming of conioal rollers,with the axes fixed indifferent planes,are establised.The functional relations between the leading parameters controlling the workpieee deformation and the results obtained by the proeess are found and verified through experiments.The ideal condition of the roll forming is prosented to provide the scientific basis for the prediction and the optimlzation of the process parameters.Important results as a guide to the practice and development of the process are also obtained.
