摘要: 该文利用TeflonFEPA型(美国杜邦公司)膜和国产FEP (又称F4,6)商品膜,借助于TSD电流谱测量和热脉冲技术研究了热活化过程中的正电荷平均电荷重心向体内的迁移规律,建立了脱阱电荷在体内的输运模式。文中还对正电晕充电的TefionFEPA型和国产F4,6薄膜驻极体的电荷贮存寿命和电荷在材料内的迁移等驻极体性能作了比较性研究。

Abstract: In this paper,taking the commercial Teflon FEP films by Du Pont Co.,and the FEP (F4,6) films by Shanghai Plastics Research Institute as examplis,the shift of mean charge depth during the TSD after corona cbarging at RT was studied by means of the heat pulse technique and thermally stimulated discharge.The transport rule of the detrapping charge in the bulk of the sample was discussed.Charge storge stabilities of the two types of positively corona charged polyfluoroe-thylenepropylene electrets at room temperature were compared.
